Liz is so good at her job as a realtor because she is honest about the properties that she markets and shows. When she was helping me look for a new home she would show me anything that I picked out, but she was always honest with me about the homes as far as whether they would have good resale value, meet my needs, or might not be a sound investment. As a person on a tight budget she helped me find the right home in my price range that would be a solid investment and meet my needs. I appreciate a person who will tell the truth about properties even though it might mean that she would not make a quick sale. Sometimes homes may look good, but not be solidly built or in the right area, and Liz makes sure that her clients will be satisfied for the long run.

You can't beat her honesty and willingness to go the extra mile when helping a client with this big investment.
